Welborn Law is unable to request driver records for drivers that are not licensed in the State of North Carolina.

Some prosecutorial districts require that the Defendant or Defendant’s attorney provide the Defendant’s driving record on the court date. The driving records may be non-certified but should cover at least the previous three years.
